The New Nepali Ambassador
The new Nepali Ambassador, His Excellency Mr Gyan Chandra Acharya and his wife were invited to visit the Queen. A coach and horses were sent to fetch them which they were impressed with but found it rather cold and were frozen stiff on their arrival!!!
